Make sure the mains are powered
Make sure the machine is
properly plugged into the wall socket
Make sure neither the power cable
nor the extension are damaged
(see chapter on electric parts )

Make sure the safety chain
brake is not engaged
(see chapter on safety chain brake)
Carry out the procedures for
correct installation of the chain

Make sure the chain is sharpened,
if not, contact your dealer
Contact an authorized
service center

If the chainsaw continues to malfunction, contact your dealer
