The HS520 and HS621 models have durable
rubber-tipped augers which actually help pull you
forward on most surfaces.
One hand can quickly adjust snow discharge
direction and distance on the HS520, HS621 and
HS622 models.
All controls used even on the HS520 and HS621
models are located within easy reach of the
operator on one panel.

TRANSMISSION
Engine power is transmitted to the track drive via
a 2-speed plus reverse gearbox which eliminates
maintenance and slippage.

Pliable rubber tracks with cleats give superior
traction and grip on steep driveways and steps.
The auger is driven through a multi-disc dry
clutch mechanism which eliminates periodic drive
belt adjustment or replacement.
One finger controls snow discharge up and down,
left to right (TCD and HSM1336iC models only).

GAS-ASSISTED AUGER HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT CONTROL
This allows auger height adjustment during operation. Slight upward or downward
pressure on controls accurately angles auger to skim uneven gravel or interlocking brick
surfaces or dig deep to clear smooth asphalt or concrete surfaces. Release of handle
locks auger in position.

AUGER CLUTCH LEVER
1
Lever engages the auger prior to full operation. Releasing the lever stops the auger.

DRIVE CLUTCH LEVER
Lever engages the self-propelled drive system for forward and reverse motion. Drive
clutch lever also holds auger lever in operational position. Right hand is free for chute,
throttle and ground speed adjustments.

HYDROSTATIC TRANSMISSION LEVER
Controls forward and reverse ground speed with a single lever.
