Discharge Direction Adjustment

Snow may be discharged to the left, straight forward, or to the
right.
To change the direction proceed as follows:
Pull control rod, to unlock control rod from present setting.

Rotate control rod to the left, right or straight ahead depending
on desired direction.
Release control rod at desired setting, control rod will lock in
full left, center and full right positions.
Clearing Obstructed Impeller or Discharge Chute
WARNING: Remove key, and disconnect power
prior to performing any service or repairs to the
Snowthrower.

Use a wooden stick to clear impeller and/or discharge chute.
Rotate impeller by hand a few turns, to make sure impeller
spins freely.
CAUTION: Failure of impeller to spin freely may result in
motor damage.
