Preventative Maintenance
Clean Engine Cooling Fins
Using compressed air, clean the cooling fins of the engine to prevent overheating.
Inspect the Air Filter Pre-cleaner
Inspect air filter pre-cleaner for dirt or contamination.
Listen for unusual noises.
Operate all machine functions and listen for unusual noises.
Check hydraulic system oil level.
Hydraulic fluid level should be 3 1/2 inches below the top of
the filler neck.
On units equipped with a leak detector, the fluid should be
visible in the sight glass.
The units come shipped with Mobile 424 hydraulic fluid.
Refer to the chart below for other approved fluids.
