Powerful Liquid-cooled Diesel Engine
• Proven workhorse has the power to reliably and consistently complete the spray process.
• 4-cylinder, 4-cycle, water-cooled, diesel, 1.498 L.
• Rated output of 35.5 hp (26.5 kW).
• Biodiesel B-20 compatible.
Pro Control XP
TM
• The new Pro Control XP software is intuitive and provides faster, immediate response times. As a result, the application rate is more
accurate and performance is improved. Frequently used input values have been pre-loaded for greater ease of use.
• XP system automatically and instantaneously calibrates fl ow based on input changes, such as ground speed variations caused
by terrain, and when turning on/off boom sections, to maintain an even and accurate spray application rate.
• The Xtra Precision avoids waste and ensures maximum effi cacy of chemical applications.
Center Control Console
• New center console places key switches at operator’s fi ngertips for ease-of-use and improved control.
• Common design to other Toro products reduces operator training.
• New dash layout positions controller, switches, gauges and lights in operator’s line of sight.
300 Gallon Tank
• A rounded tank design prevents chemicals from building up in ‘dead spots’. Square tanks with interior ledges and fl at bottoms
can lead to misapplication or residual chemicals left in the tank after the spray application.
• Tank incorporates a 16” side-offset fi ll well for easy access when loading chemicals.
• Durable polyethylene material won’t crack, dent, rust, chip or peel.
Agitation Nozzles
• Four, 30-degree, side-mounted, agitation nozzles continuously ‘roll’ the tank contents.
• This dynamic action suspends wettable powders and water-soluble granules to achieve industry-leading mixing and spray out.
• Nozzles are serviceable from outside of the spray tank.
6-Diaphragm Pump
• An industry fi rst! This unique pump produces up to twice the fl ow to simultaneously achieve higher spray volumes and aggressive
agitation needs.
• While spraying, the pump continuously agitates tank contents for a homogeneous mix and more accurate application of chemicals
from start to fi nish, saving chemical costs and ensuring effi cacy.
• The pump is always on, even when agitation is off. This provides instant pressure, to achieve the desired spray rate, rather than
having a delay to spool up the pump.
Plumbing System
• ARAG boom valves have improved reliability, quicker response and reduced downtime.
• The bypass valves (manifold of 3) are included in a Manual Mode Spray Kit.
• Modular design - simply add on more valves from the accessory kits.
• The agitation bypass allows you to adjust agitation pressure to match spray pressure when turning agitation on or off.
Cleanload Eductor
TM
• This on-board mixing station allows rapid and safe loading of any chemical without the need to fi rst mix into a slurry.
• Powerful venturi creates suction to safely and effi ciently pull material into the chemical tank.
• Incorporates a built-in bottle wash nozzle and includes a suction lance to pull in powdered or liquid products from their container.
• Stores within the width of the machine.
