TheToroCompanyanditsafliate,ToroWarrantyCompany,promisetorepairanyToroProductusedforresidentialpurposes*ifdefectiveinmaterialsor
workmanshiporifitstopsfunctioningduetothefailureofacomponentforaperiodoftwo(2)yearsfromthedateofpurchase.
Thiswarrantycoversthecostofpartsandlabor,butyoumustpaytransportationcosts.       ThiswarrantyappliestoallSnowCommander®andPowerCurve®
single-stageToroSnowthrowers.  (NotPowerlite®models.)
LimitedWarrantyforCommercialUse
Gas-poweredToroSnowthrowersusedforcommercial,institutional,orrentalusearewarrantedfor45daysagainstdefectsinmaterialsorworkmanship.
Componentsfailingduetonormalweararenotcoveredbythiswarranty.      TheToroStartingGuaranteedoesnotapplywhentheproductisusedcommercially.

performedbyadealerorbyyou,isatyourexpense.

IfyouthinkthatyourToroProductcontainsadefectinmaterialsorworkmanship,orifanormal,able-bodiedadultcannolongerstartyourproduct’sengine
inoneortwopulls,followthisprocedure:

Bringtheproductandyourproofofpurchase(salesreceipt)totheServiceDealer.

GeneralConditions
AllrepairscoveredbythesewarrantiesmustbeperformedbyanAuthorizedorMasterToroServiceDealerusingToroapprovedreplacementparts.          Repairbya
ToroServiceDealerisyoursoleremedyunderthesewarranties.
NeitherTheToroCompanynorToroWarrantyCompanyisliableforindirect,incidental,orconsequentialdamagesinconnectionwiththe
useoftheToroProductscoveredbythesewarranties,includinganycostorexpenseofprovidingsubstituteequipmentorserviceduring
reasonableperiodsofmalfunctionornon-usependingcompletionofrepairsunderthesewarranties.
Somestatesdonotallowexclusionsofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,orlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,sothe
aboveexclusionsandlimitationsmaynotapplytoyou.     Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrights
whichvaryfromstatetostate.
CountriesOtherthantheUnitedStatesorCanada
CustomerswhohavepurchasedToroproductsexportedfromtheUnitedStatesorCanadashouldcontacttheirToroDistributor(Dealer)toobtainguarantee
policiesforyourcountry,province,orstate.   IfforanyreasonyouaredissatisedwithyourDistributor’sserviceorhavedifcultyobtainingguaranteeinformation,
contacttheToroimporter.  Ifallotherremediesfail,youmaycontactusatToroWarrantyCompany.

Residentialpurposesmeansuseoftheproductonthesamelotasyourhome.      Useatmorethanonelocationisconsideredcommercialuse,andthecommercial
usewarrantywouldapply.
