Mounting the Nozzle

Push the blower tube (1) into the
pleated hose (6).

Depending on your size and reach:
Push blower tube (1) up to the
appropriate mark on the blower
tube (2).
Secure the hose clamp (5) with the
screw (7).
N
Push the nozzle (11) onto the
blower tube (2) and engage it on the
lugs (12).
Rotate the blower tube (1) in the
direction of the arrow and engage it
in the appropriate slot (3).

Line up the hose clamp (8) (with
retainer for throttle cable) – screw
recess and retainer facing
outwards.

Push the slide ring (4) (wide lip
facing left) onto the end of the
blower tube (2).
The front end of the nozzle is worn by
ground contact during operation.
Replace the nozzle when it has worn as
far as the wear mark.

Push the pleated hose (6) with hose
clamp (8) over the elbow (9).
Tighten down the screw (10) firmly.

Line up the hose clamp (5) (without
retainer for throttle cable) – screw
recess facing outwards.
