Replacing the starter rope
:
:
Remove the spring clip (3).
:
:
Remove remaining rope from the
rotor and grip.
Remove the rope rotor with
washer (4) and pawl (5).
:
Move slide control in direction of
Tie a simple overhand knot in the
new rope (see "Specifications") and
then thread it through the top of the
grip and the rope bushing (6).
c – arrow to STOP-O.

Take out the screws (1).
Lift the starter cover (2) off the
housing.
