After Finishing Work
Always clean dust and dirt off the
machine – do not use any grease
solvents for this purpose.
Do not use the hedge cutter in
residential areas during rest periods.
Preparations
Use lopping shears to cut out thick

Cutting sequence
If a radical cut is necessary, cut a little at
a time in several passes.

Swing the hedge cutter up and down in
an arc as you move along the hedge -
use both sides of cutting blades.
Long reach without additional aids.
Working with the hedge cutter in an
overhead position is tiring. Take frequent
breaks to reduce risk of injury.
