pursuanttoanagreementbetweenthem,jointlypromisestothe
originalpurchaser*torepairanyToroProductusedfornormal
residentialpurposes*ifdefectiveinmaterialsorworkmanship.
Thefollowingtimeperiodsapplyfromthedateoforiginal
purchase:
IfyouthinkthatyourToroProductcontainsadefectinmaterials
orworkmanship,followthisprocedure:

anyreasonitisimpossibleforyoutocontactyourseller,

accidents,orlackofpropermaintenance.
Repairsnecessaryduetoimproperfuel,contaminantsinthe
fuelsystem,orfailuretoproperlypreparethefuelsystem
priortoanyperiodofnon-useoverthreemonths.
Engineandtransmission. Thesearecoveredbythe
appropriatemanufacturer’sguaranteeswithseparateterms
