Installing the Cutting Unit to
the Traction Unit
Parts needed for this procedure:

Bolt, M10 x 25mm

Transmission coupling

Place the mower on its drums on a level surface.
4.
Rotate the traction unit frame (Figure 5) forward
until it engages the cutting unit pivot arms.
Lower kick stand. Insert a 1/4" dia. pin or equivalent
into frame hole above kick stand mounting bolt
(Figure 3).
5.
Secure the traction unit frame to the cutting unit
pivot arms with (2) M10 x 25mm bolts (Figure 5)

Push the cutting unit under the traction unit and
then to the left to engage the transmission coupling
(Figure 4).
Note: When tightening the pivot arm mounting
fasteners, use an adjustable end wrench to hold the
pivot arm parallel to the side plate (Figure 6)
