CAUTION: Avoid injury! If you get off operator’s

CAUTION: Avoid injury due to thrown objects.
Before you operate snowthrower:
seat when engine and snowthrower are
running, engine and snowthrower MUST STOP.
If not, have electrical system checked.
Clear area of bystanders and pick up objects
which may be thrown by snowthrower.

STOP tractor.
IMPORTANT: Avoid machine damage to clutch. DO
NOT engage PTO with throttle in the FAST position.

Start engine.

Push PTO knob (A) down to DISENGAGE.
Lower snowthrower to the ground.

Put throttle lever (A) at ONE-FOURTH position.
Lower snowthrower to the ground.
Pull PTO knob (B) UP to ENGAGE snowthrower.
IMPORTANT: Avoid machine damage! For best
snowthrower and engine performance, operate at a
FAST engine speed.

Move throttle lever to the FAST (r) position.

LOCK the park brake (B).
STOP the engine.

UNLOCK the park brake.
Remove the key (C).
Wait for rotor to STOP.
Inspect, Unplug, or Park Snowthrower Safely
Transporting
IMPORTANT: Avoid machine damage! ALWAYS
LOWER SNOWTHROWER to trailer deck when
transporting.

Drive tractor and snowthrower onto heavy-duty trailer
equipped with lights and signed required by law.

LOWER SNOWTHROWER to trailer deck.
STOP engine.
