MANUFACTURER’SLIMITEDWARRANTYFOR:
ThelimitedwarrantysetforthbelowisgivenbyTroy-BiltLLC(“Troy-
Bilt”)withrespectwithnewmerchandisepurchasedandusedinthe
UnitedStates,itspossessionsandterritories.
No implied warranty, including any implied warranty of
merchantabilityorfitnessforaparticularpurpose,appliesafterthe
applicableperiodofexpresswrittenwarrantyaboveastotheparts
as identified. No other express warranty or guaranty, whether
writtenororal,exceptasmentionedabove,givenbyanypersonor
entity,includingadealerorretailer,withrespecttoanyproductshall
bind Troy-Bilt. During the period of the Warranty, the exclusive
remedyisrepairorreplacementoftheproductassetforthabove.
(Somestatesdonotallowlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarranty
lasts,sotheabovelimitationmaynotapplytoyou.)
Troy-Bilt warrants this product against defects in material and
workmanshipforaperiodoftwo(2)yearscommencingonthedateof
originalpurchaseandwill,atitsoption,repairorreplace,freeofcharge,
anypartfoundtobedefectiveinmaterialorworkmanship.Thislimited
warranty shall only apply if this product has been operated and
maintainedinaccordancewiththeOperator’sManualfurnishedwiththe
product,andhasnotbeensubjecttomisuse,abuse,commercialuse,
neglect, accident, improper maintenance, alteration, vandalism, theft,
fire,waterordamagebecauseofotherperilornaturaldisaster.Damage
resultingfromtheinstallationoruseofanyaccessoryorattachmentnot
approvedbyTroy-Biltforusewiththeproduct(s)coveredbythismanual
willvoidyourwarrantyastoanyresultingdamage.
TheprovisionsassetforthinthisWarrantyprovidethesoleand
exclusive remedy arising from the sales. Troy-Bilt shall not be
liableforincidentalorconsequentiallossordamagesincluding,
without
limitation, expenses incurred for substitute or
replacementlawncareservices,fortransportationorforrelated
expenses, or for rental expenses to temporarily replace a
warranted product. (Some states do not allow limitations on how
longanimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheabovelimitationmaynotapply
toyou.)
Thiswarrantyislimitedtoninety(90)daysfromthedateoforiginal
retail purchase for any Troy-Bilt product that is used for rental or
commercialpurposes,oranyotherincome-producingpurpose.

product returned directly to the factory will be accepted unless prior
written permission has been extended by the Customer Service
DepartmentofTroy-Bilt.
Innoeventshallrecoveryofanykindbegreaterthantheamountof
the purchase price of the product sold. Alteration of the safety
featuresoftheproductshallvoidthisWarranty.Youassumetherisk
and liability for loss, damage, or injury to you and your property
and/ortoothersandtheirpropertyarisingoutoftheuseormisuse
orinabilitytousetheproduct.
Thislimitedwarrantyshallnotextendtoanyoneotherthantheoriginal
purchaser,originallesseeorthepersonforwhomitwaspurchasedas
agift.
