Remove lock nut and flat washer found on the right side of
housing. Figure 14.
Remove bolt and metal bearing, from inside of housing.

Gently pull impeller out from the right side. Figure 15.
Insert new impeller so as to engage with the driven pulley.

Fasten with lock nut and flat washer.
Rotate impeller a few turns by hand, to ensure proper
operation.
CAUTION: Failure of impeller to spin freely may result in
serious motor damage. Ensure proper operation prior to
starting the snow shovel.

Reāattach upper housing to lower housing using the eleven
(11) screws. Fasten Securely.

Replacing Scraper Bar
Impeller Engaged
With Driven Pulley
To replace a damaged or worn scraper bar, proceed as follows:

Remove the three(3) lock nuts securing the scraper bar.

Remove the old scraper bar.
Install new scraper bar the same way the old blade came off.

Secure scraper bar into position by fastening it with the
three(3) lock nuts. Fasten securely.
Rotate impeller a few turns by hand, to ensure proper
operation.
