Dismantle the throttle lock pin (A)
using a punch.

Turn the throttle lock as
shown in the figure, and lift
it out with the spring from
the cut-out in the handle.
Slide the throttle lock and
remove it forwards as
shown in the figure.
Carefully prise up the lock
from the slot and remove.
