Lawn and Garden readers have rated Toro 20022 20023 20025 20027 20029 20061 21-Inch Lawn Mower Operators Manual, 1999 4.0 out of 4.0 based on 2 product reviews. Good mower, but has always been hard to restart after warmed up. Starts much easier with air filter removed. Suspect blocked exhaust port, and am looking for an engine manual.
Getting harder and harder to start!
