ELECTRIC START SYSTEM (12 VOLT)

Measure resistance. Reverse leads and measure

resistance again. The specification is to have

different resistance between the two

measurements — high one way and low the

opposite way. If specification is not met, replace

the cup assembly. (See Figure 106.)
