You can adjust the clearance between the air
intake housing and the ground by moving height
adjustment control (Figure 12) to desired position.
Set the height to low (L) for vacuuming hard
surfaces such as sidewalks or driveways and to
high (H) for thick lush turf with a heavy covering
of leaves or clippings. The vacuum will work best
when you keep the intake as close to the ground as
is practical for the task you are performing.
