YoumustmaintainyourToroProductbyfollowingthemaintenanceprocedures
describedintheoperator’smanual. Suchroutinemaintenance,whether
performedbyadealerorbyyou,isatyourexpense.

transportationcosts. Transportationwithinafifteenmileradiusoftheservicing
dealeriscoveredunderthiswarrantyfortwo-stagesnowthrowersonly.

failuretoproperlypreparethefuelsystempriortoanyperiodofnon-use

Thiswarrantyappliestoallgasolinepoweredsnowproducts.

home. Useatmorethanonelocationisconsideredcommercialuse,andthe
commercialusewarrantywouldapply.
AllrepairscoveredbythiswarrantymustbeperformedbyanAuthorizedToro
ServiceDealerusingToroapprovedreplacementparts.

ToroConsumerProductsusedforcommercial,institutional,orrentaluseare
warrantedagainstdefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipfor45daysfromthe
dateofpurchase.
RepairbyanAuthorizedToroServiceDealerisyoursoleremedyunderthis
warranty.
NeitherTheToroCompanynorToroWarrantyCompanyisliableforindirect,
incidentalorconsequentialdamagesinconnectionwiththeuseoftheToro
Productscoveredbythiswarranty,includinganycostorexpenseofproviding
substituteequipmentorserviceduringreasonableperiodsofmalfunctionor
non-usependingcompletionofrepairsunderthiswarranty.
