Schieber in Winterstellung im
Vergaserkastendeckel sitzen.

Bei stark abgekühlter Motorsäge
(Reifbildung) – nach dem Starten
den Motor unter erhöhter Leerlauf-
drehzahl (Kettenbremse lösen!) auf
Betriebstemperatur bringen
0
Bei auftretenden Motorstörungen
zunächst die Notwendigkeit des
Einsatzes der Ansaugluft-Vorwärmung
prüfen
Switching on electric handle heating*
The four positions of the
Master Control lever
:
Move switch on front handle to I –
move switch back to 0 to switch off
the heating.
0 = Engine off –
ignition is switched off.
There is no risk of overheating during
long periods of operation. The whole
heating system is maintenance-free.
# = Normal run position –
engine runs or can fire.
Tomove the Master Control lever from #
to n or l, press down the throttle
trigger interlock and squeeze throttle
trigger at the same time.
n=Warm start – this position is used to
start a warm engine. The Master
Control lever moves to the normal
run position as soon as the throttle
trigger is squeezed.
l=Cold start – this position is used to
start a cold engine.
