Carefully pull the rear of the top cover (4) up and
over the gas tank.

Check for any loose or damaged parts.
Tighten any loose fasteners.
Check and maintain the auger.
Check controls to make sure they are
functioning properly.
To install the top cover (4), reverse the above
steps.

If any parts are worn or damaged, replace
immediately.
Check all safety and instruction decals
and labels. Replace any decals or labels
that are missing or cannot be clearly read.
LUBRICATION BEFORE STORAGE
(Figure 5) Lubricate the chute control ange (7). Apply
a clinging type of grease such as Lubriplate.

Remove the fuel cap.
Remove the two nuts and bolts (2) from the
front of the top cover (3).

of the top cover (3).

Remove the eight screws (5) on the left and
right side of the top cover.

I wasn’t looking for a massive snow blower. This one works really well for the size of my driveway in lighter snow conditions
Picked up used Murray snowblower last week for light jobs. Perfect size, just a little old (2007). Was looking for info re:specs for minor maintenance.
