Thiswarrantyincludesthecostofpartsandlabor,butyoumust
paytransportationcosts. Transportationwithinafteenmile

Repairsnecessaryduetoimproperfuel,contaminantsinthe
fuelsystem,orfailuretoproperlypreparethefuelsystem
priortoanyperiodofnon-useoverthreemonths
Allrepairscoveredbythiswarrantymustbeperformedbyan
AuthorizedToroServiceDealerusingToroapprovedreplacement
parts.
Thiswarrantyappliestoallgasolinepoweredsnowproducts.

RepairbyanAuthorizedToroServiceDealerisyoursoleremedy
underthiswarranty.
LimitedWarrantyforCommercialUse
NeitherTheToroCompanynorToroWarrantyCompanyisliable
forindirect,incidentalorconsequentialdamagesinconnection
withtheuseoftheToroProductscoveredbythiswarranty,
includinganycostorexpenseofprovidingsubstituteequipment
orserviceduringreasonableperiodsofmalfunctionornon-use
pendingcompletionofrepairsunderthiswarranty.
Somestatesdonotallowexclusionsofincidentalorconsequential
damages,orlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,
sotheaboveexclusionsandlimitationsmaynotapplytoyou.
ToroConsumerProductsusedforcommercial,institutional,
orrentalusearewarrantedagainstdefectsinmaterialsor
workmanshipfor45daysfromthedateofpurchase.
