ENGINESWITCH

Never hold or squeeze the auger and drive clutch levers when

operating the starter motor; the machine will start suddenly as the

enginestarts,resultinginaccidentorinjuly.

Whenthespeedofthestartermotordropsafteraperiodoftime,itis

anindicationthatthebatteryshouldberecharged.

Donotusethestartermotorformorethan5seconds.Iftheengine

fails to start, release the key, and wait at least 10 seconds before

operatingthestartermotoragain.
