Batteryremoval/charging/installation
Batterychargerwhichiscommerciallyavailablefor12Vbatteriescan
beusedtochargethebattery:
(
1) Checkthebatteryelectrolytelevel(seepage28).
2) Remove the negative (－) cable from the battery negative (－)
terminal; then remove the positive (＋) cable from the battery
positive(＋ )terminal.
(

3) Loosenthebatteryholdernutsandremovethebattery.
4) Removethebatteryfillercaps,andconnectthebatterycharger
positive (＋) cable to the battery positive (＋) terminal; then
connect the battery charger negative (－) cable to the battery
negative(－ )terminal.
(
(5) Chargethebattery:   5－10hoursat1.2A.
(6) Installthebatteryinthereverseorderofremoval.
