OP ERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Discharg e Dire ctio n Adjustm ent
Top View
Snow ma y be discharge d to the left, straight forwa rd, or
to the right of the op erator.
To change the direction, us e the following instruc tions :

Release the bail to stop the rotor.
Firmly gra sp the discharge directiona l control handle
and pull it up. This releases the spring-loa ded rod
from the discharge direction slot and allows free
move me nt (Fig. 6)

Turn the discharge directiona l control to the left, the
cente r or the right, depending on which direction you
want to throw the snow (Fig. 7).

NOTE: From the center pos ition, the discharge directional
control turns approximately 45 degrees in either
direction (left or right). Do not force it.

Release the discharge directiona l control so it fits
into the slot to secure the desired pos ition.
NOTE: Make sure the discharge directiona l control is
securely pos itioned in direction slot and cannot
rota te freely.

For the mos t efficient snow throwing, keep the vanes
parallel and throw snow downwind .
•
Slightly ove rlap each swath you ma ke (Fig. 8).
