What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This Warranty does not cover:

Any repairs on products used commercially.
Normal maintenance including replacement of spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, and carburetor adjustme
Oil change and lubrication.
Repairs or adjustments due to:
a. Failure to follow proper maintenance procedures;
b. Rotary mower blade or snowthrower auger/paddles striking an object;
c. Contaminants in the fuel system;
d. Improper fuel or fuel mixture (consult your owner's manual if in doubt);
e. Failure to drain the fuel system prior to any period of nonĆuse over three months;
f.
Operation misuse, neglect or accidents;
g. Repairs or attempted repairs by anyone other than an Authorized TORO Service Dealer.
Special operational conditions where starting may require more than two pulls, including:
a. First time starts after extended period of nonĆuse or seasonal storage;

b. Cool temperature starts of rotary mowers such as those found in early spring and late fall ma
additional pull or two;
c. Improper starting procedures. If you are having difficulty starting your unit, please check the ope
manual to ensure you are using the correct starting procedures. This can save an unnecessary vis

All warranty repairs reimbursable under this warranty must be performed by an Authorized TORO Servi
Dealer using Toro approved replacement parts.
The above remedy through repair by an Authorized TORO Service Dealer is the purchaser's sole rem
