Press wheel locking clip toward the center of wheel
and slide wheel onto hex shaft (Figure 8 ).

Grasp basket by top lip and slide basket frame into the
receivers (Figure 9 ).

Rotate wheel back and forth until it slides
completely onto axle and locking clip is secured
in groove on axle shaft.

Repeat procedure on opposite side of machine.
Inflate the tires to 12-15 psi.
Carefully lift up on handle support to release kick
stand.
