Failurescausedbyoutsideinuence. Itemsconsideredtobe
outsideinuenceinclude,butarenotlimitedto,weather,
storagepractices,contamination,useofunapproved
coolants,lubricants,additives,orchemicals,etc.
Normal“wearandtear"items. Normal“wearandtear"
includes,butisnotlimitedto,damagetoseatsduetowear
orabrasion,wornpaintedsurfaces,scratcheddecalsor
windows,etc.
TheToroCompanyanditsafliate,ToroWarrantyCompany,
pursuanttoanagreementbetweenthem,jointlywarrantyour
ToroCommercialProduct(“Product")tobefreefromdefects
inmaterialsorworkmanshipfortwoyearsor1500operational
hours*,whicheveroccursrst. Whereawarrantablecondition
exists,wewillrepairtheProductatnocosttoyouincluding
diagnosis,labor,parts,andtransportation. Thiswarranty
beginsonthedatetheProductisdeliveredtotheoriginalretail
purchaser.
Parts
Partsscheduledforreplacementasrequiredmaintenanceare
warrantedfortheperiodoftimeuptothescheduledreplacement
timeforthatpart.

YouareresponsiblefornotifyingtheCommercialProducts
DistributororAuthorizedCommercialProductsDealerfrom
whomyoupurchasedtheProductassoonasyoubelievea
warrantableconditionexists.
IfyouneedhelplocatingaCommercialProductsDistributor
orAuthorizedDealer,orifyouhavequestionsregardingyour
warrantyrightsorresponsibilities,youmaycontactusat:
Partsreplacedunderthiswarrantybecomethepropertyof
Toro. Torowillmakethenaldecisionwhethertorepairany
existingpartorassemblyorreplaceit. Toromayusefactory
remanufacturedpartsratherthannewpartsforsomewarranty
repairs.

remedyunderthiswarranty.

ToroWarrantyCompany
NeitherTheToroCompanynorToroWarrantyCompany
isliableforindirect,incidentalorconsequential
damagesinconnectionwiththeuseoftheToro
Productscoveredbythiswarranty,includinganycostor
expenseofprovidingsubstituteequipmentorservice
duringreasonableperiodsofmalfunctionornon-use
pendingcompletionofrepairsunderthiswarranty.
ExceptfortheEmissionswarrantyreferencedbelow,
ifapplicable,thereisnootherexpresswarranty. All
impliedwarrantiesofmerchantabilityandtnessfor
usearelimitedtothedurationofthisexpresswarranty.

OwnerResponsibilities
AstheProductowner,youareresponsibleforrequired
maintenanceandadjustmentsstatedinyouroperator’smanual.
Failuretoperformrequiredmaintenanceandadjustmentscanbe
groundsfordisallowingawarrantyclaim.
Somestatesdonotallowexclusionsofincidentalorconsequential
damages,orlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,
sotheaboveexclusionsandlimitationsmaynotapplytoyou.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalso
haveotherrightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
Noteregardingenginewarranty: TheEmissionsControlSystem
onyourProductmaybecoveredbyaseparatewarrantymeeting
requirementsestablishedbytheU.S.EnvironmentalProtection
Agency(EPA)and/ortheCaliforniaAirResourcesBoard(CARB).
ThehourlimitationssetforthabovedonotapplytotheEmissions
ControlSystemWarranty. RefertotheEngineEmissionControl
WarrantyStatementprintedinyouroperator’smanualor
containedintheenginemanufacturer’sdocumentationfor
details.
ItemsandConditionsNotCovered
Notallproductfailuresormalfunctionsthatoccurduringthe
warrantyperiodaredefectsinmaterialsorworkmanship. This
expresswarrantydoesnotcoverthefollowing:
Productfailureswhichresultfromtheuseofnon-Toro
replacementparts,orfrominstallationanduseofadd-on,
modied,orunapprovedaccessories
Productfailureswhichresultfromfailuretoperformrequired
maintenanceand/oradjustments

ProductfailureswhichresultfromoperatingtheProductin
anabusive,negligentorrecklessmanner
Partssubjecttoconsumptionthroughuseunlessfoundtobe
defective. Examplesofpartswhichareconsumed,orused
up,duringnormalProductoperationinclude,butarenot
limitedto,blades,reels,bedknives,tines,sparkplugs,castor
wheels,tires,lters,belts,andcertainsprayercomponents
suchasdiaphragms,nozzles,andcheckvalves,etc.
CountriesOtherthantheUnitedStatesorCanada
CustomerswhohavepurchasedToroproductsexportedfromtheUnitedStatesorCanadashouldcontacttheirToroDistributor
(Dealer)toobtainguaranteepoliciesforyourcountry,province,orstate. IfforanyreasonyouaredissatisedwithyourDistributor’s
serviceorhavedifcultyobtainingguaranteeinformation,contacttheToroimporter. Ifallotherremediesfail,youmaycontactus
atToroWarrantyCompany.
