LOWER HANDLEBAR
1. Remove jam nut, bushings, and bolt holding pivot
and wheel drive clutch lever to upper handle bar.
Remove pivot and wheel drive clutch lever.

Remove bolts attaching lower handlebar to each
side of frame and remove lower handlebar.

Remove retaining ring holding traction clutch cable
to lever.

Check parts for wear or replacement.
Assemble, using reverse procedure.

Remove traction clutch cable.

ATTACHMENT CLUTCH HANDLE
4. Check parts for wear or replacement.

Assemble using reverse procedure.
See Figures 20 and 21.

Remove jam nut, bushings, and bolt holding clutch
handle and pivot to upper handlebar. Remove pivot
and disconnect clutch handle from clutch cable.

Remove retaining ring from clutch cable.
Remove cable.
Disconnect spring from lever.
Check parts for wear or replacement.
Assemble using reverse procedure.
