performancefromthesnowthrower for manymoreyears.

asonafurnace, waterheater,
clothesdryerorgasappliance.
WARNING: Donot draincarbure-
torif usingfuel stabilizer. Never
useengineorcarburetorcleaning
productsinthefuel tankor
permanent damagemayoccur.
NOTE: It isimportant toprevent gumdepositsfromform-
inginessential fuel systempartsof theenginesuchas
thecarburetor, fuel filter, fuel hoseor tankduringstorage.
NOTE: Fuel stabilizer (suchasSTA-BIL) isanaccept-
ablealternativeinminimizingtheformationof fuel gum
depositsduringstorage. Addstabilizer togasolineinfuel
tankor storagecontainer. Alwaysfollowmixratiofoundon
stabilizer container. Runengineat least 10minutesafter
addingstabilizer toallowit toreachthecarburetor. Donot
draincarburetor if usingfuel stabilizer.

CAUTION: Alcohol blendedfuels(calledgasohol or using

4. Removethesparkplugandpour one(1) ounceof
engineoil throughthesparkplugholeintothecylinder.
Cover sparkplugholewitharagandcranktheengine
several timestodistributetheoil. Replacesparkplug.
Toavoidengineproblems, thefuel systemshouldbe
emptiedbeforestoragefor 30daysor longer. Follow
theseinstructionstoprepareyour snowthrower for
storage:
