valve.Ifnecessary,adjustreliefvalvebyremovingthe
requiredshim(s).Ifpressureistoolow,checkforrestric-
tioninpumpintakeline.Checkliftcylinder(s)forinternal
leakage.Ifcylinderisnotleaking,cleanreliefvalve,and
adjustifnecessarybyaddingrequiredshim(s).Ifpres-
sureisstilltoolow,repairorreplacesteering/liftpump.
