Lawn and Garden readers have rated Toro Single Stage Snow Blower Service Manual 4.7 out of 5.0 based on 3 product reviews. EXCELLENT . Hard to find manual and very detailed . Only downside is the pics and wording in pics are backwards , but I can deal with that
The manual provides detailed step-by-step instructions for engine removal and installation but there is nothing in it about repair of the recoil starter. The engine removal instructions will be helpful because the starter is buried behind the fuel tank and engine support bracket. I think my problem is a sticking starter dog but getting to it will be a major project.
