flange counter bore when removing the seals from

pressed air.

B. Gear teeth should be free of excessive scoring
and wear. Any broken or nicked gear teeth must be
replaced.
NOTE: When assembling the motor, check the marker
line on each part to make sure the parts are properly
aligned during assembly.
C. Inspect gear face edge for sharpness. Sharp
edges of gears will mill into wear plates and, thus,
must be replaced.
