Loosen and remove four (4) flange head screws and
flange nuts that secure pump to pump bracket. Remove
pump from bracket.

2. Make sure the pulley bore and pump shaft are clean.
Anti–seize
Lubricant
Apply anti–seize lubricant to both the pump shaft and
the bore of the pulley. Position key to pump shaft.

. Slide pulley onto shaft with the hub side of the pulley

away from the pump. Align pulley with the end of the

Apply Loctite #242 to two (2) set screws. Secure
pulley on the pump shaft with set screws.

Install drive belt to the pump pulley.
Adjust belt tension (see Operator’s Manual).
Remove any plugs or caps that were placed during
disassembly. Connect hydraulic hoses to pump.

Check fluid level in transaxle and adjust as required
(see Operator’s Manual).
