Adjustments
Adjust Manifold Relief Valves (R1 and R2)
These relief valves are installed on the hydraulic man-
ifold. Relief valve (R1) is in the mow circuit (machines
with serial number under 260999999) and relief valve
(R2) is the lower cutting units relief.
WARNING
CAP
Never adjust the relief valve with the hydraulic
system pressurized. Hydraulic oil may spray out
of the valve with the cap off. Personal injury may
result. Always install the cap and tighten before
pressurizing the system.
ADJUSTMENT
HEX SOCKET
1.
Locate relief valve and remove cap from valve.
An 1/8--turn of the adjustment socket is about

psi (3.5 bar), or 1 turn is about 400 psi (27.6 bar).
