Clean Radiator and Oil Cooler (Fig. 25)
The radiator and oil cooler should be checked for dirt
and debris daily, and hourly if conditions are extremely
dusty and dirty.

Park machine on a level surface, lower cutting units,
stop engine, engage parking brake, and remove key
from the ignition switch.

If engine has been running, the radiator may be
hotandcauseburns.Workonradiatoronlywhen
the engine and radiator are cool.

Unlatch and open engine hood.
Clean engine area thoroughly of all dirt and debris.
Remove lower radiator shield. Release wire form

latch and allow oil cooler to pivot out (Fig. 26).

Clean both sides of oil cooler and radiator area thor-
oughly with water or compressed air.
