Carefully slide wheel hub with inner bearing cone

While rotating wheel hub, retighten jam nut to a torque
from 10 to 15 in–lb (12 to 17 kg–cm). Position nut retain-
er to allow installation of cotter pin. Install cotter pin and
bend cotter pin completely around nut retainer. Install
dust cap.

After reassembly, check the brakes in a wide
open, level area that is free of other persons and
obstructions.
