Park vehicle on a level surface, shut engine off, re-

move key from ignition switch and apply parking brake.

driveshaft yokes to differential input shaft and transaxle
output shaft.
Remove cap screw and flat washer that secure the

Support driveshaft to prevent it from dropping
and causing personal injury when removing.

Lower rear of driveshaft and remove shaft from ve-

Apply antiseize lubricant to differential input shaft
and transaxle output shaft.

Position driveshaft to vehicle frame, differential as-
sembly and transaxle.

Slide driveshaft yokes onto differential input shaft
and transaxle output shaft
