Removal (Fig. 3)
Park the machine on a level surface, engage the
parking brake, lower the cutting decks and stop the en-
gine. Remove the key from the ignition switch.
3. Remove lock nut and flat washer that secure steer-
ing wheel to steering column.

4. Use a suitable puller to remove steering wheel from
steering column.
2.
Remove cover from steering wheel by carefully pry-
ing up on one of the cover spokes.
