1.
Install new bearings and bearing spacer into front
roller:
A. Press first bearing into roller. Press on outer race
only or equally on inner and outer races.
B. Insert bearing spacer.
C. Press second bearing into roller pressing equally
oninnerandouterraces untiltheinnerracecomesin
contact with the bearing spacer.
2.
Install front roller assembly and spacer to deck
frame.
3.
Insert mounting bolt and torque to 65 to 95 ft--lb (89
to 128 N--m).
