Clean Radiator and Screen
To prevent the cooling system from overheating, the ra-
diator screen and radiator must be kept clean. Check
and clean screen and radiator daily. If necessary, clean
any debris off these parts hourly. Clean these compo-
nents more frequently in dusty and/or dirty conditions.

Release latches and remove radiator screen from
the radiator support.

Remove fan shroud to access radiator corners.
If installed, lift oil cooler from supports.

Use eye protection such as goggles when using
compressed air.
IMPORTANT: Air pressure should not exceed 40 psi
(2.8
bar) because damage to the radiator fins may
result.

Working from the fan side of the radiator, blow out
radiator with compressed air. If installed, blow out oil
cooler.

If installed, mount oil cooler to supports.
6.
Clean screen. Reinstall fan shroud and screen to

the radiator support. Secure latches.
