Seat Switch
The seat switch is normally open and closes when the
operatorisontheseat.Theseatswitchisaninputforthe
TEC--5002 controller. If the traction system or PTO
switch is engaged when the operator raises out of the
seat, the traction system or PTO operation will cease.
The seat switch and its electrical connector are located
in the seat assembly.

Testing

Before disconnecting the seat switch for testing, the
switch and its circuit wiring should be tested as a TEC
controller input with the Info Center Diagnostic Display
(see Info Center Display in this section).

seat removal by disconnecting the seat wire from the
