Wheel Removal (Fig. 1)
Park machine on a level surface, lower cutting
decks, stop engine, apply parking brake and remove
key from the ignition switch.
Wheel Installation (Fig. 1)

NOTE: Thefrontwheels useeight(8)lugnuts.Therear
wheels use six (6) lug nuts.

Install wheel and secure with lug nuts.
Lower machine to ground.

Chock wheels to prevent machine from shifting.
Loosen, but do not remove, lug nuts that secure
wheel to machine.
WARNING
CAUTION
Failure to maintain proper wheel lug nut torque
could result in failure or loss of wheel and may
result in personal injury.
When changing attachments, tires or perform-
ingotherservice,use correct blocks, hoistsand
jacks to raise and support machine. Make sure
machine is parked on a solid level surface such
as a concrete floor. Prior to raising machine, re-
move any attachments that may interfere with
the safe and proper raising of the machine. Al-
ways chock or block wheels. Use appropriate
jack stands to support the raised machine. If the
machine is not properly supported by jack
stands, the machine may move or fall, which
may result in personal injury.

Torque wheel lug nuts evenly in a crossing pattern
from 70 to 90 ft--lb (95 to 122 N--m).

Safety). Support machine with appropriate jack stands.
Using a jack, raise machine so wheel to be removed

Remove lug nuts and then remove wheel from ma-
chine.
