Engine Low Oil Pressure Switch

If lamp is not on:

Disconnect wire from switch and touch wire to a good
ground, such as the engine block.

If lamp comes on, replace switch.

If lamp does not come on check wiring between lamp

Engine oil low pressure switch
and switch for continuity.

Start engine and check for 30 psi minimum at 1500 rpm.
If engine pressure is good, replace switch. If engine
pressure is low, DO NOT operate the engine.
If light is still on, check for short circuit in wiring.
Install test gauge in engine oil pressure switch port.
If lamp is on with engine running:

Shut off engine immediately.
Check switch by disconnecting wire with ignition
switch in ON position. Light should go out.
Speedometer Sensor
Thesensorislocatedontherightsidefrontwheelmotor.
It uses a magnetically biased Hall Effect integrated cir-
cuit. As the wheel motor turns in the planetary drive, the
sensor accurately senses the movement of the wheel
motor pistons passing by the sensor. The red connector
wire is the positive lead, the black wire is the ground
lead, and the gray wire is the signal output.

This sensor can be tested using the “Input Checks” fea-
ture of the ACE Diagnostic tool. Connect the diagnostic
tool and rock the traction unit back and forth. The trac-
tion speed LED on the diagnostic tool should blink On
and Off.
