Removal (Fig. 24)
Park machine on a level surface, lower cutting units,
stop engine, engage parking brake, and remove key
from the ignition switch.
Installation (Fig. 24)

1. Remove any plugs used during the removal proce-
dure.

Slide the radiator into the radiator support from the

Reinstall the fan shroud.
CAUTION
Reinstall hood, washers, and hairpins.
Close hood and secure latch.
Do not open radiator cap or drain coolant if the
radiator or engine is hot. Pressurized, hot cool-
ant can escape and cause burns.
Pivot oil cooler back into position and tighten knobs.
Install rear screen and secure latches.
Ethylene-glycol antifreeze is poisonous. Dis-
pose of coolant properly, or store it in a properly
labeled container away from children and pets.

Remove the locknuts and radiator strap securing the
bottom of the radiator.

Remove the screws and washers securing the top of
the radiator.

the bottom of the radiator away from the radiator
support and slide the radiator out to the left side of the
machine.

Plug any openings to prevent contamination.
